Summer training begins at Tows on Tuesday 15th June at 7pm.

Meet at the club house at 6:30 for the start of summer fun, this will continue every Tuesday and Thursday through out the summer.

We have an excellent coaching squad lined up and their plans will suit people of all abilities and levels of fitness.
